Who we are
CliniqFlow is a managed front-desk service operated by RociForce. This policy covers the CliniqFlow website. Data handled inside a clinic's own CliniqFlow system is governed by the agreement signed with that clinic.
What this website collects
- Aggregate, cookie-free usage statistics — page views and referrers, with no cookies and no attempt to identify individual visitors.
- Anything you choose to send us directly, such as your name, email address and clinic details when you get in touch to arrange a call.
What we do not collect
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies, does not build visitor profiles, and does not sell or share personal data with advertisers.
Patient data
Patient data is never collected through this website. Where CliniqFlow processes patient data as part of a clinic's system, the clinic remains the data controller and owns its data; CliniqFlow acts on the clinic's instructions under a separate written agreement.
Service providers
Running this website involves a small number of third parties. Netlify hosts the site and serves its pages. Resend delivers the emails sent when you submit the audit request form — your enquiry to us, and your confirmation to you. Email you send us directly is handled by our mail provider, Microsoft.
Where a clinic uses CliniqFlow, further providers may be involved in that clinic's own system — messaging, calendar and payment services among them. Those are set out in the agreement signed with the clinic.
How long we keep information
Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as we need it to respond and to keep a record of the business relationship, and no longer. You can ask us to delete it at any point, and we will.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your personal data, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, object to certain processing, and request a copy of your data. You can also complain to your national data-protection authority.
